Reactive response planning. Working with the agency to ensure the upkeep of a messaging library and an engagement plan for effectively triaging the increasingly high volume of reactive requests received. Provide declines and approvals on reactive engagement, working with the agency to implement a templated approach to reactive communications. Help track, manage and thoroughly research new opportunities. Someone to take a first stab at developing reactive messaging – for our business and as requested by our many external partners. And as we start to open up demos for press in Redmond and other locations, an additional resource to triage that work will be necessary.
• Cross-company internal integration. Once PR plans are developed, this person would be responsible for necessary internal sharing of plans and information across the company. This is another increasingly high-demand and incredibly time-consuming aspect of our day-to-day. With an embedded, onsite resource – a familiar face – cross-company sharing would be easily achieved while still moving the business forward.
• Communications research and analysis. This person will be a resource on-hand to dig deeply into communication projects that would aid in blog post authoring, and other depth writing and planning projects that require time consuming research and analysis. (e.g. working with studio teams to better understand a new experience, researching competitive positioning around existing experiences and developing a plan to position that new experience).
• Owned channel communication integration. Consulting the social team in developing content for our owned channel, cascading that guidance across social channels for the Client and other important internal partners.
