Our client is seeking a Marketing Product Manager for their Round Rock, TX headquarters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support NA Consumer/Small Business creative strategy and principles, and represent strategy and approach across the organization.
• Develop clear, crisp, benefit-oriented briefs that summarize and filter information from cross-functional teams.
• Track several types of projects and marcom details simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Review concept / creative work in progress, and provide a clear POV and meaningful feedback; work with teams to align on necessary inputs.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Support Creative Campaign Planning
• Partner with cross-functional teams; identify needs and partner with creative to prioritize scope / budget, if needed
• Develop Creative Briefs
• Capture inputs / alignment from key stakeholders, draft briefs and work with creative to ensure it meets needs of the business.
• Review creative concepts, creative development and work in localization
• Ensure creative and messaging supports objectives and plan
• Ensure creative is aligned to brand and creative platform
• Ensure creative in production is aligned to handover guides / concepts
• Manage a weekly meeting to review project status and identify new marketing opportunities.

Background Requirements:

• Experience developing / leading Creative Briefs
• Experience managing or facilitating the creative process (concept to execution)
• Experience providing creative feedback and working with creative resources
• Experience representing creative work to stakeholders
• 2 - 5 years in marketing or like-minded creative marketing / campaign management role (some agency experience preferred)
