We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong project management and communication skills to lead on creative and marketing execution for client’s AI and machine learning external online platforms. This candidate should have an impeccable eye for detail, strong communication skills and experience working in production and creative services.
Internally, you’ll work across functions including Research, Machine Intelligence, and Comms/PR to develop creative concepts for AI/ML digital platforms; externally, you’ll work with creative agency partners to design interactive experiences. You’ll be expected to bring a strategic, creative vision to the team, while still being able to flawlessly execute more tactical tasks. Your strong project management and execution skills will help you navigate complex internal and external partners and stakeholders.
-Serve as a main liaison between internal marketing and creative agencies, helping to coordinate development and delivery of key marketing materials and ensure all internal/external stakeholders are aware of production expectations and timelines.
-Manage external relationships with production partners and creative agencies. --Project manage website development, timelines, and creative assets.
-Coordinate cross functional feedback on key marketing materials.
-Assist with team operations, including developing presentations and strategy documents and coordinating budget
-BA/BS degree required with a strong academic record.
-Digital production, brand strategy, and technology expertise:
-3-5 years at an advertising/creative agency, production agency, or in-house production team
-Deep experience in production, preferably experience producing interactive experiences and websites; experience in brand strategy and/or brand management.
Nice to Have:
-Understanding of the basics of machine learning and AI (or willingness to learn!)
Experience working in the technology industry
-Creativity and thought leadership: proven track record of highly successful integrated marketing campaigns. Creative chops, vision and a desire to create transformative work with a keen eye for detail.
-Strong communication & people skills:
-Clear communicator, with a proven history of collaborative partnerships with agencies and creative partners. Should have a talent and passion for people.
-Project management: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Proven excellence in driving xfn initiatives from strategy to execution.
