One of Aquent's financial clients is looking for a Marketing Platform Specialist. The Marketing Platform Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of various marketing campaigns, mainly content marketing efforts. The support of these marketing campaigns will focus on coordinating a wide range of activities that need to be completed by multiple parties to move campaigns from ideation to execution. The Marketing Platform Specialist will also be responsible reporting on results from the campaigns and developing insights from the reporting.
Principal Accountabilities
• Develops the execution plans and timelines for content and marketing campaigns with the Direct
Marketing team
• Coordinates project tasks and timelines with all stakeholders to ensure everyone understands
what tasks need to be completed, how activities interconnect, and when things need to be
completed
• Keeps efforts on track while identifying potential issues and working with stakeholders to prevent
or mitigate those risks
• Responsible for the processes needed to enable tracking and measurement
• Creates post campaign summaries suitable for distribution to team and department leadership
• Analyzes results to develop insights from the campaign and works with Direct Marketing team to
turn that knowledge into improved results
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years experience executing marketing programs. Strong organization skills with focus
on setting priorities, project coordination and delivering quality results under tight constraints. Proven
ability to drive projects through to completion, while showing initiative and good decision-making. Strong
interpersonal skills needed with the ability to establish good working relationships with both internal and
external partners. Established record of successfully managing multiple projects/initiatives at one time
while delivering high quality results.
Desirable qualifications: Financial Services experience. Experience executing Direct Marketing
campaigns. Vendor management skills.
