Marketing Partner Manager

This is a unique role, in which you will lead impactful marketing partnerships from concept to signature to execution. You will own the strategic partnerships for the Store. You’re responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with partners. Armed with your business acumen and extensive industry knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to partner on innovative products and technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Help manage and implement a partnership, co-marketing and business development strategy. Advocate for critical partnerships across the organization; gain key stakeholders' support and organizational resources.
- Structure and negotiate agreements with strategic partners including: work closely with diverse internal teams to formulate alliance and business development strategy, evaluate opportunities, conduct due diligence and present recommendations to the management team. Perform business-making activities, including negotiation of terms, collaboration with internal constituents (e.g., product,, legal, finance, compliance and marketing teams), and building consensus internally.
- Establish and grow relationships with existing and new partners. Act as the central contact point and maintain comprehensive knowledge for partnerships.
- Execute marketing partnership programs, manage agencies, be the end to end point of contact for the partnership program.
- Review program performance and provide internal reports.

Requirements:
- 5+ years proven experience in marketing partnership and/or business development at a consumer tech company
- Demonstrated success in negotiating, cultivating and growing partnerships
- BA/BS degree in a management, technical or marketing field. MBA preferred.
- Experience presenting and delivering key messages to internal and external audiences, contract review and negotiation, pushing deals and maintaining rapport with partners.
- Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.
- Strong project and program management skills. Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
