We are looking for an organized, experienced Marketing Controls Project Lead to join our client’s Branded Cards Marketing Control Team for a long-term, 12-18 month project.

The overall goal of the team is to reinforce the control environment across the Branded Cards Marketing teams by driving effective control monitoring & reporting processes.

Goals for Key Project:

1 - Create and support a sustainable and repeatable control environment for Cards Marketing processes and ensure adequate documentation being tracked by Internal Auditing.

2 - Provide strong remediation recommendations to mitigate future risk and maintain organized retention of testing evidence and results

Your Responsibilities will Include:
• Lead research and associated with new Corrective Action Plans on creating reporting to help detect any potential future issues of potential customer exclusions.
• Create "road show" presentations and other documentation to explain the control to partners
• Lead discussions with business and governance partners
• Review final recommendations with Fair Lending Compliance, and ensure that required technology are submitted by Business
• Clear and direct communication with process owners to drive explicit requirements and timelines
• Provide strong remediation recommendations to mitigate future risks
• Maintain organized retention of documentation
• Support Control Leads as needed to complete remediation efforts, process improvements, control enhancements, attend Issues Management Calls as applicable for oversight of assigned processes’
• Assist with Dashboard Reporting and oversight of applicable process/control documentation

Required Experience:
• 7+ years of marketing experience as well as experience in a regulatory auditing/controls role.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Experience working in adherence to legal / regulatory guidelines (financial services is a plus).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to serve as a problem solver / mediator between stakeholder groups.
