Marketing Operations: Webcast Production Coordinator

Seeking an experienced Webcast Production Coordinator to plan, organize, oversee and drive all aspects of a Webcast program and provide general support for the Marketing Operations team.  This is a part-time role (20-25 hours/week) in which the candidate will be an exceptional communicator, highly organized, have a strong ability to lead, and effectively manage time and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Webcast Coordination:

  • Manage and execute webcasts (live and on-demand) utilizing our platform of record, WebEx
  • Coordinate requests, event scheduling, production, logistics and reporting
  • Collaborate directly with requestors and internal teams
  • Follow virtual event technical/operational workflow; recommend improvements where needed
  • Train internal teams
  • Troubleshoot basic Web browser, firewall, proxy server and other Internet-related issues, as well as audio/video issues from feed to audience

General M­­­­arketing Operations support:

  • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the entire organization.

 

Skills/Requirements

  • BS/BA degree
  • 2-4 years project coordination experience in a marketing support setting, preferably in the technology field
  • Experience with video conferencing, online meetings, digital collaboration tools (WebEx, Skype, Go-to Meeting)
  • Project/resource management tools (MS Project, Asana, Confluence)
  • MS Office proficiency functions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to audience needs
  • Effective presenter, mediator, collaborator - regardless of org structure or hierarchy
