Marketing Operations Specialist

The primary role of the Marketing Operations Specialist is to execute marketing campaigns through multiple channels, identifying and implementing methods to optimize results. This is a technical role that must have experience problem solving. The ideal candidate would be capable of implementing program changes within online marketing for rapid testing, with A/B testing experience preferred. Must have advanced data experience to measure and analyze results. QuickBase experience preferred for both data and activity tracking. Responsible for identifying and resolving technical marketing issues and providing exceptional support to both internal and external clients.

The ideal candidate for this position must be comfortable working in fast paced environment while supporting complex marketing execution and troubleshooting requests.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinating and collaborating with internal partners to support marketing campaign execution requirements
• Providing first level of support for client questions that come into the Help Desk via phone and emails; responsible for the timely follow up to clients on all requests and issues
• Develop, implement and analyze marketing channel test strategy
• Define and implement innovative approaches to improve marketing channel results
• Database management to ensure data cleanliness, correct formatting and accurate links

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Customer service and marketing experience required
• Financial services experience preferred
• Extremely detail oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Must be able to independently prioritize a high volume of requests based on business impact
• Marketing data analytics and A/B testing experience
• Exceptional communications skills, written and verbal
• Team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on problem solving
• Self-starter that delivers results within agreed-upon timelines.

Education/Experience: Prefer a degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Minimum of 5 years professional work experience in technical support and marketing execution and testing.
