Marketing Operations Specialist
As a key member of the Demand Generation team, the Marketing Operations Specialist will manage marketing automation, reporting, data quality, lead nurturing and scoring efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our marketing and sales systems are integrated seamlessly to support the entire demand generation process and to ensure our information architecture and processes scale and deliver the analytics needed to drive our demand generation efforts. He/she will be with the point person for CRM and Marketing Automation working closely with IT and colleagues in Marketing. Thus, great interpersonal and problem solving skills are critical to the role. The operations specialist is experienced and enjoys being hands on with marketing automation and CRM software. Responsibilities:
• Primarily responsible for the Marketo marketing automation platform – act as Marketo ‘power user’ managing system integration with Salesforce, innovating lead nurturing strategies, programs and usage and setup of Marketo
• Manage, enhance and optimize our lead management process in Salesforce and Marketo building processes and reports to ensure visibility and transparency for Marketing and Sales.
• Ensuring best practice development, training and adoption across all marketing programs
• Maintain database health - ensure data cleanliness & completeness leveraging tools in Marketo, Salesforce & third-party data providers
• Leverage Marketo’s Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) tool to understand and drive performance across the entire buy cycle
• Provide ongoing metrics in support of marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Manage and provide insights for global contact strategy and segmentation for database
• Drive testing strategies for nurturing and campaign programs in Marketo

Desired Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in a Marketing Operations or Demand Generation role
• Hands on experience with marketing automation tools, (Marketo strongly preferred) and CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
• Experience in creating and designing lead nurturing and lead scoring models
• Expertise in marketing analytics and reporting
• Web skills such as HTML a plus
• Works with a sense of urgency – understands the keys to marketing & sales success and ensures team meets and exceeds lead goals
• Team and customer oriented. Understands the big picture of the funnel, buyer processes and sales and marketing integration.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, detail-oriented, well organized and naturally inquisitive
• Experience with international data cleansing, augmentation and privacy regulations, a plus
