Marketing Operations Specialist

The Marketing Operations Specialist position is responsible for client support and assisting execution of marketing initiatives.
• Setup webcasts, invite clients, handle online registrations, run reports, and follow up with clients
• Build process to maximize efficiency across all functional marketing departments
• Database marketing…pulling segmented lists with different target audiences and market to the appropriate audience
• Internal email and marketing component review (proofing support) to include database clean ups to including check for MIF data formatting and IB and HP URL links.
• Assist in Customer and Account Management support / Help Desk calls and emails
• Proactively assist clients in support of campaigns and marketing initiatives. Make outbound follow-up calls to financial institution clients to help them become email campaign “launch ready.”
• Coordinate and collaborate with team members and key partners on campaign requirements (i.e. IB banners, prompts, hone page banners).

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Technical aptitude / technologically savvy.
• Email marketing and customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Demonstrated ability to focus and deliver on customers’ needs.
• Extremely detail oriented, highly organized with excellent time management skills and a technical aptitude.
• Team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on problem solving.
• Self-starter with strong project management ability and technical aptitude, including multi-tasking and delivering results within agreed-upon timelines.

Education/Experience:
• Prefer a degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years professional work experience in print services, sales, or customer service roles.
