Marketing Operations Project Manager

Marketing Operations Professionals - we have a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity in San Francisco with a widely-recognized financial services operation. We are looking for a veteran marketing project manager with experience managing workflow collaboration, sales enablement, and marketing resource management platforms.

As the latest member of a marketing department operating in the internal agency methodology, this position will be responsible for facilitating cross-functional team collaboration, implementing workflow optimizations, and sales enablement. Part of that effort includes researching and implementing new marketing technologies into core department toolkits. Candidates can expect to employ significant project management skills not only on the marketing operations front, but oversight of compliance and regulation efforts namely, internal audits and external regulatory exams.

- Administer and manage Marketing Resource Management platform
- Continually research industrial marketing solutions and oversee best-of-breed implementations
- Project manage internal audits and external regulatory exams
- Develop/maintain database of marketing collateral
- Support overall marketing infrastructure

- At least 3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales operations
- Expert-level skills with Microsoft office suite
- Marketing Resource Management (MRM) and/or Content Management System (CMS) expertise
- Proven abilities as a project manager, ideally in a marketing setting
- Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g. finance, healthcare, energy etc.)
