Marketing Operations Manager

The Marketing Operations Manager will align business objectives with execution to the territory consumer throughout the marketing process. You'll appropriately leverage and enhance departmental processes to consistently drive the management of all marketing functions. You'll establish clear and efficient goals for the creation of additional assets for marketplace execution as needed and make procedural changes to further accelerate efficiencies. You'll be tasked with ensuring consistent & efficient delivery/sharing of brand content from global to national territory marketing organizations, through defined tools and processes.

Additional Accountabilities
•Lead the GamePLAN process for Global & NA
◦Responsible for the oversight and management of all marketing functions
◦Provides clear communication
◦Leverages connectivity across functions
◦Own gameplan calendar
•Deliver tools and assets
◦Delivers seasonal and cross-category content
◦Provides clear and timely communication with stakeholders regarding status
•Drive Efficiencies
◦Contributes/builds best marketing operations practices
•Track & manage demand creation dollars
◦Works with Finance, Functions and Marketing Directors to provide top line visibility to the DC budget throughout the year
•Support all brand events
◦MJCI, JBC, JBC International & All Star
•Work closely with Brand Design Ops to track creative projects
◦Briefing
◦Track budget
•Own the athlete calendar across all marketing functions
