Marketing Operations Manager -- Consumer Financial Marketing (4083)

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our electronic/email payments client's Global Marketing New Ventures team. This person will play a pivotal role in providing a consistent end-to end customer experience and executing marketing campaigns for new venture products and services to the company's active customer base.

You must be customer-minded in your approach, have an incredible talent for organization, and be a positive and effective communicator with cross-functional teams and external partners. In your role, you will partner with diverse cross-functional teams to execute, monitor and deliver results for various marketing campaigns across all channels. You must have the ability to succeed in a matrixed organization, where success is dependent on your ability to work with cross-functional partners in a positive, productive, and transparent way.

This role requires experience project managing marketing efforts (email campaigns, online ads, social media, print material, etc). Project Management experience should include working with cross-functional team to gather assets, execute deliverables, monitor campaign progress/success, and provide feedback. Banking, finance or experience with online payments/ecommerce is recommended.

Job Responsibilities:
• Work with cross-functional and regional partners on go-to-market launch activities including beta launches, customer experience optimization, and marketing requirements identification
• Work on developing and ensuring marketing message consistency throughout the end-to-end customer experience. Align campaigns and messaging with Brand and Product goals.
• Work with internal and/or 3rd party agencies to develop and execute marketing deliverables.
• Coordinate scheduling, development, review/feedback, flighting, optimization and reporting of campaign-related creative assets, including emails and banner ads
• Partner with regional marketing campaign and customer segment owners to lead the execution and measurement of programs
• Keep everything on track with your outstanding project management expertise

Job Requirements:
We welcome outstanding individuals with the following skills and experiences:
• Previous experience contributing to innovative marketing campaigns
• Highly organized, with demonstrated skills managing a variety of tasks and workstreams simultaneously
• 5-7+ years professional related work experience with Marketing & Marcom Project Management.
• Strong communicator, with the ability to work effectively in a heavily matrixed, cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
• Experience using electronic/email payments products (such as PayPal) and auction/seller sites (such as eBay, Etsy, etc) is helpful

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Work experience in best-in-class consumer or financial services brands highly desirable
• Experience marketing to both consumers and businesses highly desirable
