Marketing Operations Lead/Excel Master

We are looking for a stellar excel guru/customer service talent for a 6-month contract position as a Marketing Operations Lead. This individual will manage general customer and vendor operations in the retail marketing of a leading Fortune 500 insurance company!

Position Overview:
The Program Management Office within Agency Sales & Regional Marketing is responsible for the oversight and execution of Marketing Packages program. The PMO coordinates the agency enrollment process, oversees vendor enrollment notifications and change requests, services the program Help Desk, and assists in generating monthly enrollment and activity tracking reports. The Operations Leader works closely with Regional Marketing team members, vendors, and agencies to triage fulfillment issues and drive resolution.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Help Desk email inbox for “Marketing Packages”
- Triage, categorize, and assign received service requests
- Maintain a repository of email response templates
- Maintain a Frequently Asked Questions document
- Prepare region and agent-level communications
- Prepare weekly help desk activity and service level tracking reports
- Generate daily Enrollment summary and detail reporting (during enrollment)
- Communicate new agent enrollment and general notifications to vendors
- Publish a monthly Enrollment Master by region
- Maintain a log of enrollment changes
- Ensure vendor’s delivered service meets contractual requirements
- Assist in preparing weekly Vendor Activity reporting
- Assist in preparing bi-weekly Agency Summary reporting

Requirements:
- Great interpersonal and collaborative work ethic
- Stellar communication skills
- Confident and adept at representing the client in conversations with external vendor/agencies
- Keen attention to detail and experience with QA
- Ability to prepare concise impactful written communication
- Expert with office technology tools to drive operational reporting needs
- Familiarity with process documentation and flow diagrams
- Excellent problem solving skills

Technical Skills:
- Accomplished knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Knowledge of Excel Worksheet functions, including: Manipulating Pivot Tables, Performing Table Lookups, Consolidating and Summarizing Data, Preparing and Executing Excel Macros
- Familiarity with Web-based Office Software and Microsoft Office 2007
