Position Summary: Work with Director and corporate team to provide information and operational support to our International Marketing teams worldwide, focusing primarily on on-air promotional assets QC process, distribution and fulfilling regional requests for information. The overall goal of this role is to maintain seamless distribution and sharing of on-air promotional assets while FTE is on maternity leave. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support DNI Marketing promo sharing initiative: *Work with Marketing Operations Coordinator to track US promo makelists. *QC delivered promos for all US brands on a daily basis (on average 10 per day). *Arrange for tapeless promo delivery on a weekly basis (on average 52 promos per week / total of 200 promos per month). *Maintain master promo logs on a weekly basis. *Update regional teams on promo deliveries on a weekly basis. *May require managing monthly comp reel edit and tapeless delivery. 2. Fulfill regional on-air requests: *Arrange for tapeless delivery for ad hoc regional promo requests (on average 10 per week). *Transcribe promo scripts as requested. 3. Work with DNI Marketing Operations Coordinator to maintain Talent Lines to Camera Archive: *Responsible for transcribing all scripts for all global talent shoots, distributing to requesting region and posting to central databases. 4. Other projects as defined Requirements: *One to two years related marketing and project-related work experience required. *College degree required. *Must have demonstrated knowledge of on-air and off-air marketing technical skills (file formats, tape specifications) and concept and creative development process (print, outdoor, radio, TV, collateral, and more). *Knowledge of the editing process and editing skills a plus. *Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills are required. *Must have strong project management and problem-solving skills. *Flexible and adaptable work style. *Strong detail and follow-up skills essential. Metrics: *Timely, efficient and courteous support to the international regions. *Ability to see multiple projects through to completion. *Increased productivity of overall team with centralized management of fulfilling tactical elements of marketing. *Efficiency in time and number of promos shared with regional teams. *Training and eventual management of weekly promo sharing process. Business Context: (Completed prior to posting open position for use with recruiting) (a) Key Challenges/ Major Business Issues Time zone differences with multiple contacts around the world can prove challenging. Person must be able to develop relationships primarily through email, instant messaging and phone calls. Detailed communications with the DNI Marketing Vice President, Director, and Marketing Operations Coordinator of DNI will be a key element of this job. Our team works very closely on overlapping projects, so it is vital that the candidate have strong interpersonal skills. This person may be tasked with taking on new projects, reassigned to new projects, and supporting other members of the team when needed. Each day is somewhat unpredictable as DNI is still in aggressive growth mode and new launches and priorities shift day to day. Because of this, over-communication is a must.
