Marketing Operations Coordinator

The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for working with the product team to ensure the deployment of timely and accurate field and customer communications, the facilitating of marketing campaigns and materials, and general meeting support. Additionally this role will be responsible for editing and proofing of materials to ensure message consistency and tone of voice alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Coordination and marketing operations coordination
• Develop and drive processes for time-sensitive business communications.
• Manage and execute distribution of all customer communications.
• Create customized email communications using data merge.
• Create and manage distribution lists.
• Set-up and run logistics for meetings, including WebEx.
• Manage multiple projects with competing timelines.

2. Communications Editing
• Edit general marketing communications.
• Strong proofing and editing abilities.

3. Collaboration
• Ability to form strong working relationships across multiple groups to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Innate ability to negotiate priorities, timelines, etc.
• High emotional IQ with the ability to adapt to different styles and approaches.

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
Education/Training – 4 year degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Journalism (Preferred)

Business Experience:
• 2+ years marketing/communications coordinator experience
• Superior ability to prioritize projects, multi-task and meet deadlines
• Efficient trouble shooter able to rapidly identify red flags, resolve conflicts and maintain momentum

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excellent grammar and spelling.
• Working knowledge of HTML, Salesforce and Marketo or inherent interest and desire to learn new technology.
