Marketing Operations Associate

The Marketing Operations Associate will help manage the outbound email communication to both prospects and customers. You will work cross-functionally with our marketing, sales ops, and business operations teams to plan and execute emails using Marketo. You are an analytical and creative thinker who can work independently and drive projects. You have experience with marketing automation tools and are able to evaluate areas of opportunity for implementing process improvements. You’ll apply what you know about email best practices to ensure that conversion metrics are met and our brand is communicated effectively.

Responsibilities
• Execute run the business email programs
• Cleaning and importing lead lists
• Identify opportunities to create scalable, automated email and engagement programs
• Continuously analyze, scrutinize, and test hypotheses to drive results
• Partner with internal stakeholders to build email campaigns (creative development, segmentation)
• Maintain best practices with email design and content
• Own email QA from design rendering to email functionality
• Analyze campaign results and prepare ongoing reporting
• Troubleshoot Marketo

Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements
• 1-3+ years experience with marketing automation software, Marketo preferred
• Understanding of email campaign success metrics
• Fluency in Salesforce.com
• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-divisional team environment
• Ability to be accountable to meeting deadlines; plan and manage competing projects & priorities
• Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
