Qualifications: Our client seeks to hire a dedicated professional to join its Global Marketing team. The Global Marketing team strives to engage and inspire customers and prospects to consider the client's product lines and leads the organization’s comprehensive marketing strategy. The right candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and three years of work experience, or an Associates degree and five years of related experience. Candidate must have excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to coordinate department’s marketing programs and act as administrative lead for team. Candidate should have experience acting as a marketing operations assistant including managing finances for marketing or creative team including invoicing reconciliation and budget tracking. Strong skills in Microsoft Office required with advanced MS Excel, such as pivot tables and Adobe Acrobat required.
Responsibilities: The selected candidate will provide a wide range of administrative support as assigned by Marketing Director; coordinating programs, projects, meetings, and logistics as well as assisting with daily operations of group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Responsible for tracking all invoices and expenses against budget, and provides reports regularly to Marketing Director and finance department on fiscal status. Point of contact for internal customers, external vendors, and internal staff on jobs as required. May staff trade show and promotional events as needed. Acts as department administrative manager. Responsible for managing inventory of in-house premiums. This position has no supervisory responsibility.
