DESCRIPTION: This position will be instrumental in assisting the North American business to achieve its goals for new customer sales, product/service cross-selling, customer retention and customer communications as well as assist with the effectiveness of channel marketing campaigns by providing timely and relevant data. They will work hand-in-hand with the marketing and customer management teams to achieve various initiatives, serving as an advisor at times and an extension of these teams. This person will have visibility with senior leadership in terms of the day-to-day impact in improving how we interact with and serve customers and achieve revenue goals. The business analyst should understands the customer’s business requirements and process management for our latest technological paths including Salesforce, Pardot, AIM, Radius, etc. Support us in providing solutions to new product trends, upsell opportunities and competitive threats and translates them to list requirements. This person will be a liaison between technology and Marketing. Should have the ability to conduct predictive modeling, or “what if” scenarios.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze the performance of customer lists and advise best mailing techniques to maximize response and customer lifetime value.
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategy through shared intelligence of prospective customer performance and coordination with business intelligence team.
Manage day-to-day functions to ensure data accuracy and completeness across all programs. Remain up-to-date on all communication that goes directly to external customers.
Coordinate and own prospective customer intelligence within the Communications, Channel and Product Marketing teams, and Customer Management group.
Be one point of contact to maintain Customer demographic information including address, email and telephone numbers. Ability to slice and dice this information by several dimensions and also map them against existing lists to ensure data accuracy and avoid redundancy
Work with Product & Innovation to identify customers by product. Develop mechanism that can tie customers to product based on several types of direct and discrete revenue.
Create a process and guidelines for database cleanup and initiate as necessary with customer-facing teams, including BD, Customer Management and Customer Service
Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into enterprise and solution requirements
Query Oracle databases directly by writing own SQL queries and procedures
As demand for these services will be very high, prioritize work appropriately with the various stakeholders
