Marketing Operations & Media Manager, US Consumer Marketing

Assignment Length:  3 months (through March 31, 2018)

Location:  San Francisco, CA

 

Summary:

Manage execution of U.S. media campaigns, upholding brand standards and ensuring on time and on budget delivery and lead cross-functional Marketing Operations specific to seasonal overviews, key launches and asset optimization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead media production for all U.S. Brand and Retail media campaign assets, inclusive of Collections, partnering with Wholesale and Demand Generation teams to ensure creative and messaging consistency across channels
  • Lead execution and trafficking of all US Brand and Retail media programs, inclusive of Collections, including management of Global asset adaption and development across various publishers
  • Own production agency relationships, ensuring all teams (internally and externally) have clear briefs, expectations and timelines, and are adhering to global guidelines and marketing style guides to guarantee executional clarity and brand consistency  
  • Ensure all media delivery dates are met, creative edits are handled in allotted number of review rounds, kept in-scope and key stakeholders are brought in at the correct points in time to review the work as necessary
  • Support strategic development, production and execution of custom media programs designed to drive brand equity
  • Catalog and archive seasonal campaign materials, including briefs, plans, execution visuals, recaps and results
  • Collaborate and liaise with internal cross-functional partners (Retail, Wholesale, .com, PR, etc.) to build cohesive consumer communication and experiences to maximize media investment across channels
  • Support development of media communications briefs and aide collaboration with necessary cross-functional partners to ensure all briefs are clear, complete and well-rounded
  • Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with key media partners to stay up to date on the latest platform innovations
  • Partner with US Media lead, Global Media and cross-functional partners to establish appropriate marketing KPIs to measure program effectiveness and identify actionable insights
  • Own and manage US marketing communications status and tracking documents, capturing seasonal activities for stakeholders like the Global Team and Leadership
  • Includes Monthly Alignment Meeting deck and Integrated Calendar, monthly Marketing Highlights for Global and season Input Briefs for Global

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (Communication, Marketing, Business, etc.)
  • 5-8 years of advertising agency or brand management experience
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Agency and vendor management experience
  • Proven ability to drive flawless execution (on-time, on-budget is standard)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Having demonstrated a track record of managing multi-media initiatives
  • History of writing creative briefs – ability to identify insights and craft briefs that effectively direct media partners
  • Extremely strong communication (written/verbal) and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in ambiguity and still drive forward
