Marketing Operations / Controls Project Manager

We are looking for an organized, enthusiastic Marketing Operations/ Controls Project manager to join our client’s Branded Cards Marketing Control Team.

Your main role will be to support two ongoing project initiatives, and drive compliance controls, monitoring and reporting processes for channel marketing programs campaigns. This opportunity is for a 12 months + and is a project-based contract role.

Project 1:

• Work closely with legal, compliance and governance partners to evaluate and inventory existing marketing and servicing & disclosure materials related to Spanish communications.

• Develop presentation decks for high level (internal) strategic review that may be leveraged for updates to external regulators.

• Assess the process for converting branded materials cardmember communications to Spanish Language and developing a playbook to execute this process.

• Gathering regulatory guidelines around disclosures and marketing materials that will be distributed in Spanish Language.


Project 2:

• Work closely with legal, compliance and other governance partners to document to plan and implement improvements in targeting of cardmembers from protective classes.

• Develop processes for remediation plan and creating the right controls going forward.

• Manage development, implementation and documentation of Controls being tracked by Internal Audit for Corrective Action Plans.

• Lead discussions with business and governance partners for creating Controls going forward

• Creating associated "road show" presentations and documentation to explain the controls to various partners.

• Review recommendations with Compliance, and ensure that required technology requests are submitted by Business.

QUALIFICATIONS:
