Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist

Our client seeks a Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist for a two-month contract assignment that can be located in either Dallas, TX, or Austin, TX. This person will support the CRM Manager in an initiative to improve marketing data integrity and automate campaign and pipeline reporting, to include the customization and implementation of a third-party cloud-based analytics dashboard designed to report on KPIs for sales and marketing programs. This is a short-term initiative to improve data integrity and automate reporting and will require a collaborative effort to implement best practices, multiple iterations to meet stakeholder needs, and an ability to achieve rapid results. The dashboard will provide a holistic view of marketing campaign performance by pulling data from different data sources to track and report on ROI.

Operations Responsibilities:

-Help ensure the accuracy and quality control of all marketing campaign data and automate the processing of marketing campaign and demand generation pipeline reports.

-Integration and analysis of data from multiple sources related to marketing campaign performance, response rates, sales follow-up, sales pipeline, and new business.

-Pull and report on data from multiple sources.

Analytics Responsibilities:

-Utilize data from various sales and marketing automation tools and programs, including, Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, and others to collect, mine and report data.

-Assist the business in determining reporting needs based on business requirements.

-Analyze business data, and implement reporting methodology to track marketing and sales efforts to help the business drive improved program results.
