Bring your marketing talents to the table of the leading, global coffee retailer HQ'd in Seattle. We have an immediate need for a Marketing Associate This is a contract role slated to end September of 2016. What you'll do is help manage strategy, development and implementation of digital marketing plans and initiatives for our client.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
o Manages strategic planning and execution for digital marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels for seasonal and category promotions for client.
o Presents marketing strategies and execution details to senior leadership for key milestones.
o Communicates ongoing marketing activities to Client and Global Digital Marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for programs and initiatives.
o Directs relationships with digital and media agencies and third-party vendors to ensure accurate execution of strategy.
o Leads social strategy efforts and creative consultation with agency, sharing key milestones with Global Digital Marketing stakeholders.
o Partners with cross functional teams on a weekly basis in support of marketing activities.
o Establishes and maintains processes to ensure effective and timely development and execution of programs within defined budget constraints.
o Works with agency on key campaign results and integrate into future marketing activities and initiatives.
o Leads and develops additional marketing initiatives for Global Digital Marketing or senior leadership as needed.

Summary of Experience:
• Strategic planning and execution: 5 years.
• Relationship management with external agencies, vendors or business partners: 5 years.
• Leading and facilitating cross-functional or organizational groups.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
o Ability to manage others.
o Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
o Strong analytical skills.
o Ability to work as part of a team.
o Creative problem solving skills.
o Knowledge of direct or indirect retail or brand marketing.
o Knowledge of marketing program development and implementation.
