Marketing Manager/Producer (video)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for Marketing Communications and Project management.
Key areas of focus:
• Manage the content on the website
• Video Content: Develop videos for the web (writing, storyboarding, producing, etc.) based on the website. Travel internationally to where the research to be highlighted is taking place - be on site to interview/direct the video shoots.
• Print Content: Manage all collateral content that is produced for projects.

Specific Responsibilities:

75% of this role will be responsible for Research. Overseeing, assisting or driving to execution the following areas and tasks:
• Coordinating Video Production;
• Coordinating, Publishing and Uploading of Written Case Studies – management of resources involved in design and creation of case study content;
• Coordinating design and copy creation for ad placements in key publications;
• Managing the advertisement placement process;
• Coordinating and managing the internal facing messaging and positioning framework for each in-domain focus.
• Assisting with the PR pitch document for each domain.
• Coordinating internal communications – communicating within the company itself.
• Government relations – engaging government departments to influence public policy
• Managing and executing the Monthly Communique which will include sending personalized monthly communications via email to community and training/webinar attendees who opt in for updates.
• Drive awareness and adoption of platform amongst PhD and Post-doctoral researchers world-wide through our champion’s success stories and thought leadership for cloud computing in the research domain.
• Provide reports for Research Web site hits. Define trends and Year over Year via # page views, unique users, referring domains, and geographical outreach
• Blog & social media Linked-in/Twitter commentary
• Coordination of the following marketing tasks:
• Blog briefs & process
• Parts management for collateral
• Newsletter distribution
• Traffic management & production for website
• Content reviews with stakeholders

25% of this role will be responsible for managing other marketing campaigns.
• Project Management for 1 – 2 campaigns per quarter
• Coordinate meetings
• Manage creative process which includes reviews with Ad agency and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns and stay on top of schedules and various workstreams
• Provide project management for case study development as needed
• Provide summary metrics/analysis report
• Coordination of the following marketing tactics:
• Blog briefs & process
• Newsletter content
• Online banner units on owned properties and where applicable on external
• Content reviews with stakeholders

Skills needed:
• Must have experience producing and managing video productions
• Background in marketing management, project management, and content web management

*Job will require 25% domestic and international travel
