Marketing Manager/Partner Marketing Manager

Our e-commerce client is seeking an exceptional Partner Marketing Manager to help drive customer acquisition and partner revenue by growing its portfolio of resellers. The candidate will be part of a marketing team focused on growing their clients installed base of 400,000 global sellers by increasing website conversion and product activation.

This individual will support the Global Marketing team in execution and deployment of marketing initiatives and programs including lead generation, incentive programs, demand creation campaigns, web properties and channel communications.

Manage the tactical execution of partner marketing plan and event related activities that are in alignment with the overall objectives, strategy and goals as directed by the Head of Marketing.

Liaise with partners to request content and deliverables as required for product launches and marketing campaigns.

Coordinate briefs, track content deadlines and progress, customize generic channel communications for SMB retailer and deploy assets to partners as required.

Liaise with strategic partners to maximize their presence on the partner’s online and offline marketing collateral.

Organize and maintain content to improve the knowledge level around their offerings, and encourage adoption of their programs and resources.

Working with the Web Team, Operations and relevant partner contacts to create meaningful ROI analysis following horizontal or vertical marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Experience: 4+ years of general marketing or channel marketing experience with software products
• Education: Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or
equivalent experience.
• Proven web marketing achievements resulting from data analysis 2

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• SaaS experience preferred, e commerce a plus
• Good organizational, time management and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills, and an ability to speak credibly about technology to a global SMB audience
• An outgoing personality and energy level appropriate to extensive customer interactions during numerous events
• A detail and process oriented attitude towards their work
• Experience with geographically dispersed teams leveraging online collaboration tools
• Proven ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent work environments.
• Ability to work and build cross-functional relationships.
