As an essential member of the digital marketing team, this position is responsible for the planning, development and execution of strategy for the Display Advertising program for our clients .com team. The Display Ad Program Manager coordinates cross-departmentally, interacting and leveraging both internal and external resources to effectively execute display ad campaigns. The Display Ad Program Manager is accountable for meeting revenue and cost targets, providing accurate and timely reporting, and driving strategy for current and future initiatives. In a fast and dynamic environment, this position also takes on special projects aimed at driving incremental sales.
Our client is looking for an energetic and self-guided individual, with can-do attitude and desire to continuously take on new challenges. The successful candidate will have several years digital marketing experience, will be well-versed in display media and related metrics & analytics, along with an overall solid financial acumen, and will possess strong organization and communication skills.
Oversee Display program: develop strategy, goals and objectives, as well as detailed testing plan, track industry best practices, work with various marketing units within Staples to plan campaigns, and manage relationship with external agency
Oversee execution of Display campaigns: define targeting and creative strategy; work with both internal creative team and outside agency to guide creative development, media buy, as well as drive continuous improvements to campaign efficiency
Analyze results of Display program and provide actionable recommendations on further improvements. Produce monthly, quarterly, annual program performance reports and summaries. Supervise external agency in analysis of individual campaigns
Provide leadership and subject matter expertise on best practices and standards for the display ad program
