Marketing Manager (cloud technology)

Our client, a leading tech organization, is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive independent vendor audience engagement for the UK.

Role Purpose:
You will develop and drive the multi-year marketing strategy, plan and execution to build sustainable relationships with the independent vendor audience. The individual should have a proven capability to gain deep business audience understanding. You will provide customer and market insights into the organization. You’ll will create a multi-year audience marketing plan that includes identifying new opportunities, drive recommendations for investments and increases product-line growth.

Key Accountabilities:
• Champion the voice of the vendor audience by driving insights, defining messaging & positioning, building desired customer journeys and flows
• Lead the development and execution of the overall strategy, and provide guidance on how channels should integrate plans/tactics in order to maximize outcomes and performance.
• Serve as the ROB (Rhythm of the Business) lead for the Marketing, including monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Partner with key stakeholders to launch innovative marketing campaigns and programs
• Provide regular and timely reporting on key performance indicators/ metrics, along with implications and insights based on the data, compete landscape, and overall market trend.
• Demonstrate rigor around financial management in alignment with budget and forecast.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Experience of working in complex organisations and a track record accomplishments cross boundary collaboration and interpersonal awareness
• Strong marketing experience
• Demonstrable ability to have a deep level of technical understanding on IaaS and Hybrid Cloud solutions
• A proven track record of strategic organizational impact and influence
• Deep marketing competencies/skills & experience, including Social Media
• Deep knowledge and insight about audience and markets
• Deep understanding of IT industry with a particular focus on the different Cloud scenarios
• Understanding of the impact of technology and business trends on the local ecosystem and effective use of PR
