We are working exclusively with AFC Bournemouth to help them recruit a passionate and ambitious Marketing Manager to join their Premier League football club.
We are looking for someone with a broad knowledge of digital marketing, who can create compelling and engaging content, analyse data to provide insight, and manage campaigns from end-to-end.
Implement creative and innovative marketing campaigns which maximise opportunity for revenue growth
Creative copywriting for campaigns, projects and marketing communications
CRM / data capture / building more accurate profile on audiences
Identifying third party opportunities for the effective marketing of all areas of the business
Work closely with the Head of Design and Brand to create compelling campaign material
Brief and create all e-newsletters
Feedback on all campaign performance
Monitor marketing campaigns from competitors and report back
Utilise technological advancements within the industry to engage with a wider audience
Implement tools and processes for performance reporting and analysis for online activity, including Google Analytics
Experience working in a busy and fast-paced marketing department
Dynamic and creative mind, along with a very commercial mindset
Experience of writing, managing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns using a range of marketing tools and channels
Pro-active approach with the ability to work unsupervised and act on own initiative
Organised, energetic and confident, with a strong work ethic and an ambitious nature
Interest or knowledge of sports is desirable
