Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager with strong PM experience. This is an onsite 6months plus assignment with benefits.

The Marketing Manager will work in conjunction with the business and events team to develop marketing campaigns and event support for key Advisor Services’ events. This role is responsible for managing marketing and communications through a variety of channels which could include web, email, direct mail, events, collateral, signage and social channels.

The Marketing Manager will work in conjunction with the business and events team to develop marketing campaigns and event support for key Advisor Services’ events. This role is responsible for managing marketing and communications through a variety of channels which could include web, email, direct mail, events, collateral, signage and social channels.
 _Project Management – Maintain and adhere to project timelines, program budgets and detailed project plans. Understand processes, manage multiple projects and channels, and be proactive and flexible with change.
 _Creative Development – Work with partner agencies to develop impactful creative. Manage the creative development process from writing Marketing Briefs, to overseeing the creative process through execution.
 _Partner Relationships – Have a clear understanding of the roles within the organization and be able to collaborate with the team. Form partnerships that help get the work done efficiently and effectively.
 _Marketing Effectiveness – Have a basic understanding of marketing strategies, ability to write clear and concise Marketing Briefs, understand the agency process, and be able to influence and have a POV with partners and manager.
- Measurement – Maintain strong measurement discipline across marketing campaigns. Leverage past performance to enhance future marketing efforts and share results with business partners.


What you have:
 BA or equivalent degree required; with minimum four years marketing communications experience.
 Financial services experience desirable, but not required.
 Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment, build relationships across an organization, and drive teams to consensus.
 Top-notch project management skills and ability to be flexible in response to changing business situations.
 Detail oriented, with the ability to work well under tight timelines, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
 Ability to turn data into insights and strategic recommendations.
 Strong written communication and presentation skills.
