Marketing Manager (Two roles- partial remote)

Our client, a Hartford-based healthcare company, is looking for TWO Marketing Managers to join their busy team immediately. This is a 6+ month contract role to support the Acquisition & Member Retention group through a very busy push. Great opportunity to work in a highly prominent company. Candidates will be required to work onsite 1-2 days a week (and can work remote the remainder.)

Our client is looking to bring on a Generalist- someone who is comfortable in a high-volume setting working on everything form direct mail, digital initiatives, radio, etc (so candidates should have exposure to all medias- not required to be an expert in all, but at least be familiar). This team has heavy agency contact- so candidates should have experience working with outside vendors and agencies. The role will be a split of Project Management and Marketing Strategy/Implementation, so candidates must be able to quickly shift gears.

The core responsibilities of the role include:
-Implement and administer strategic, value add consumer marketing programs that may include online/direct marketing campaigns, sales promotion, communications, public relations, advertising and market / competitive analysis and research
-End to end marketing with a balance of both strategic and tactical responsibilities with day-to-day tasks for successful execution of the campaigns, as well as careful coordination with internal stakeholders, business partners and multiple external vendors
-Drive engagement, and retention through integrated campaigns
-Project management to ensure project schedules, milestones, measurement, targeted audience reach, and campaign collateral consistently meet business objectives
-Collaborate with product managers and business partners to drive issue resolution and complete detailed quality audits while ensuring aggressive timelines are met
-Ensures document accuracy (e.g., changes to all marketing collateral), brand integrity, and message consistency
-Advertising and branding, social media, and digital communication channel marketing
-Internal reviews including brand, legal and compliance management
-Tactical project and vendor management


Desired Skills:
-5+ years marketing or agency experience
-B2C and B2B marketing experience
-Direct marketing, product marketing and lifecycle management/retention marketing experience
-Experience working in healthcare, insurance or financial services a major plus
- Event marketing a major plus
-Demonstrated experience with direct marketing and online marketing
