Marketing Manager (Software)

This Marketing Manager to needed to execute marketing campaigns predominately in the United Kingdom and to support the Benelux & Nordic regional activity. Running both product launch campaigns and vertical solution campaigns (Retail, Manufacturing & Health) our client's world renowned software product.

This position will support the UK marketing strategies and campaigns that span overall awareness through demand generation and design wins. You will drive elements of campaigns, event logistics, budgeting and procurement and ad hoc projects.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Support regional marketing activities, local digital online campaigns, events, and Product launches
• Provide event logistics support including partner coordination, devices showcase coordination, bookings and catering, executive preparation.
• Document in Word and PPT the campaign elements, execution flows, calls to action, partner roles, and campaign specific metrics
• Ensure systems are in place to pass leads to partners, and manage lead distribution
• Maintain all campaign metrics and ensure Regional Dashboard is updated weekly
• Provide project management for high-priority marketing and strategic programs

To be considered for this position, you must:
• Demonstrate an understanding of integrated marketing
• Have some experience & understanding of online digital marketing
• Strong multi-matrix, cross company networker & influencer
• Meet key deadlines for marketing deliverables with ability to manage numerous projects in parallel
• Manage projects against milestones and execution plans
• Demonstrate readiness to learn a new area of technology, or existing knowledge of embedded technologies
• Produce high accuracy work with high attention to details
• Demonstrate exceptional cross-group collaboration skills
• Show self-motivation and reach out to team members for needed information to complete essential activities


Additional qualifications include excellent presentation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and project management skills; strong customer focus; and ability to work well under deadlines.
Additional Skills: Background in a leadership role preferred. Strong project management and strategic skills required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must have the ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects. Must be detail oriented, have strong cross group collaboration skills, pro-active and managing multiple projects is a must. Must know how to prioritize tasks. B2B or B2C Marketing experience preferred. Marketing experience with high technology products preferred. Web/online (HTML/SharePoint) experience preferred. Master's degree in Business Administration preferred; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
