Marketing Manager-OEM

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the OEM Co-Marketing leads in three critical areas:
1) develops, maintains and updates the Co-Marketing Resources
2) creates and maintains Co-Marketing Portfolio
3) provides Campaign Execution support to Co-Marketing leads

1.Co-Marketing Resources - Develops, maintains and updates the resource toolkits to support co-marketing, and OEM Assets, responsibilities include:
a.Project managing creative development with agency
b.Coordinating the internal reviews
c.Leveraging internal marketing resources for input and to keep toolkits up to date
d.Acquiring OEM partner assets (logos, messaging, images, creative samples, devices) and ensuring marketing team has access to them and is properly using the OEM assets
e.Maintains co-marketing calendar
f.Gathers and summarizes marketing intelligence on OEMs

2.Co-Marketing Portfolio: Documents and maintains portfolio of Co-Marketing global executions
a.Works with HQ marketing team to get overviews and examples of global programs
b.Works with regions to get samples of regional co-marketing exposure
c.Assists with creating summary decks for each campaign

3.Co-Marketing Campaign Execution: Supports Co-Marketing leads in campaign execution
a.Creates asset package for OEM and assists in following up on campaign-related deliverables (assets, messaging, data, demos)
b.Assists with developing tailored marketing elements for OEMs
c.Coordinates the internal review of co-marketing integrations
d.Assist in tracking progress of key milestones and action items; update status reports as needed; meeting notes
e.Tracks campaign and ensures all elements are aligned with strategy and updated

Responsibilities:
Skills/Experience:
Requires superior organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
3-5 years global marketing or comparable project management/coordination experience.
Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills.
Ability to move projects forward without all details determined.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player and strong relationship building skills.
Experience in mobile and/or consumer electronics a plus.
Flexibility for minimal domestic and international travel.

Education: College degree or equivalent experience required
