The Marketing Manager role is responsible for driving the development and delivery of marketing plans for priority areas, to achieve desired positioning, support client retention and acquisition and to support delivery of the brand strategy.

Work with the relevant partners, BDMs and CRMs to drive the development, delivery and ongoing review of integrated marketing plans for practice groups, regions, sectors and key clients.

Provide strategic advice to support the achievement of successful market positioning and outcomes for practice groups, regions, sectors and key clients.

Interlink and overlap plans across sectors, practice areas and regions to ensure consistent messaging to maximise cross-selling opportunities.

Influence and coach internal stakeholders on the marketing approach and articulating our position and differentiation

Develop channel and content strategy in collaboration with the Digital Manager, and the Content Manager.

Oversee implementation of strategy, review success and adjust plan as required.

Work with the Brand Strategy Manager to provide input to and actively support the development of the Firm’s strategy to build perceptive positioning into existing and new markets.

Work closely and collaboratively with other members of the Brand and Marketing team to build our perceptive brand and ensure excellence in all aspects of our marketing communications.

Known as a trusted marketing advisor to partners, the BD team and practice groups
Constructive, thoughtful and collaborative member of the Brand and Marketing team
Effective collaboration with Business Development globally
Marketing degree qualified (or related discipline)
8+ years experience in a marketing advisory or consultant role in a similar environment. Experience in professional services firms would be highly regarded. We will consider candidates with less experience providing they have the required competencies to carry out the role effectively

Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing activities
Strong creative, strategic, and analytical abilities
Strong negotiation and change management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to confidently communicate desired outcomes and messages to senior audiences and present with clarity, energy, confidence and enthusiasm
Ability to think broadly and strategically around the firm’s position in the external market
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels in order to effectively drive and support marketing plans and brand strategy initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills
Inherent drive to succeed, and proven ability to develop and execute solutions to short term barriers and setbacks
