Marketing Manager, Leading Coffee Company

This job be responsible for go-to-market planning and implementation for Licensee customized 1:1 and segmentation marketing across the portfolio of Licensed Stores. Mainly, this entails marketing plans for stores in grocery/Target but also Hotels, College/University, Airports and other venues. Understands the suite of Licensee marketing channels and tools available to leverage across traditional circular/print, digital, loyalty, in-store, direct mail, and other media. Works in partnership with National Account Executives, to prioritize and scope up to $15MM in annual Licensee self-spend funds to maximize performance (Licensees have a requirement to spend a portion of sales against marketing). Creates business metrics, reporting, analytics, operating plans, and budgets to achieve financial and business objectives.

Understands the suite of Licensee marketing channels across circular/print, digital, loyalty, in-store and, in partnership with National Account Executive builds annual marketing plans and programs with Grocery, Retail, College and University, Travel and other segments. Acts as an advocate of the Starbucks brand and a liaison between national accounts and company operated marketing teams. Conducts and evaluates business metrics, reporting, analytics, operating plans, and budgets to achieve financial and business objectives
