Marketing Manager II

My client's Flex Marketing team is looking for a marketing professional who is innovative, creative and driven. This position will work to drive demand generation and execution, lead creative integrated marketing campaigns, as well as other project management roles as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop strategies and execution tactics to develop effective integrated marketing campaigns
Partner with Marketing and Product Management Leadership to drive aspects of a holistic go-to-market campaign for new city launches
Drive demand generation and promotional cadence/execution
Work closely with other cross functional teams to bring to market new initiatives
Provide input on branding and drive creation of some creative assets

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required
Experience with digital, social, experiential marketing
Experience leading GTM strategies for launches
Experience with online marketing
Experience driving creation of video, digital and OOH marketing assets
Experience with Email marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in a related field
Superior communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Launch management and cross-functional alignment and integration
Experience with SEO/SEM
