Marketing Manager II

Supporting the North America SMB marketing teams, you will be responsible for managing the team’s budget and program management needs, submitting and following up on legal and marketing approvals, general program management, and helping execute marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with all marketing managers on teams to track budget forecast and budget actuals
• Support program management needs of two marketing teams – the consumer marketing team and the business marketing team
• General team administration, including managing consolidation of inputs for team reports, manage team email lists and distribution lists, when necessary take meeting minutes, etc.
• Support the NA retail partner and merchant marketing team by submitted and following up on legal approvals of contract.
• Special projects, including marketing campaign support and execution.
• Social media management, working with an agency to review posts, provide engaging content.

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience in program management and budget administration
• Experience in event coordination
• High attention to detail
• Highly organized, with demonstrated skills managing a variety of tasks and work streams simultaneously
• 3-5 years related work experience
• Strong communicator, with the ability to work effectively in a heavily matrixed, cross-functional environment
• Experience in financial and/or ecommerce is helpful
• Have the ability to multitask and execute tasks with only general supervision
