Marketing Manager II - SEO/SEM

Our client is seeking a dynamic, organized, and detail oriented Marketing Manager to develop and drive the marketing and awareness of their on-line cloud space.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives including site merchandising campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, and innovative promotions to drive brand awareness and customer conversion. The ideal candidate is analytical, enthusiastic, and customer-focused, has great judgment and creative problem solving skills. He/she will drive the business, and must be able to work at both a strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth) and at a tactical level (executing campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems).

Specific responsibilities include:
•Creating and continuously improving audience-specific messages and tools (videos, email campaigns, customer success stories, how to guides etc.)
•Managing traffic channels (Search, Affiliates, Social Media, etc…) to acquire customers and to improve engagement with existing customers.
•Identifying and executing scalable promotional activities to generate awareness and conversion
•Developing targeting strategies that will improve marketing performance.
•Analyzing the results of all marketing and promotional activities to drive the strategic direction of the program
•The development of all value propositions, core content, marketing and go-to-market strategies for new geographies and channel strategies.


Basic Qualifications
•3-5 years of marketing, site merchandising and/or digital marketing experience
•Superior presentation and written communication skills including the ability to write strong, compelling campaign copy
•Experience using and communicating data (metrics, ROI) to drive decision-making
•The demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products.
•Proficiency with XML and Excel
•Superior presentation and written communication skills.
•Bachelor’s degree


Preferred Qualifications
•Experience managing SEM / SEO and email campaigns
•Proven organizational and project management skills
•Strong bias for action with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
•Competency with SQL
