Marketing Manager, Global Digital Programs

JOB PURPOSE:
To lead the day-to-day development of pioneering digital marketing programs that deliver against
marketing and business objectives globally

CRITICAL RESULTS:
- Brand right digital concepts that align with the ‘Go Forth’ platform and product narratives
- Highly disruptive ideas that have a buzz worthy and viral quality in digital/social media & offline spaces
- For the brand to become a true leader in digital and social media
- Digital marketing programs that generate traffic and ultimately a sale for the brand

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop innovative digital advertising programs that are globally unified but allow for local adaptation
- Execute global program concepts with precision in the US market
- Oversee multiple digital agency partners on day-to-day creative development and media planning/buying
- Drive strong communication processes with local marketing affiliates to deliver successful campaign implementation worldwide
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional partners (brand, retail, wholesale, merch/design, operations) to ensure breakthrough, consumer-centric experiences are produced
- Partner with Insights & Optimization team to establish appropriate KPIs, measure program effectiveness and identify actionable insights
- Serve as a digital marketing leader and digital expert within the brand, with a particular focus on paid social media
- Lead, develop and distribute insightful program hindsight recaps

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (Communication, Marketing, Business, etc.)
- 6+ years of industry experience with a strong understanding of cross-platform digital marketing
- Brand Manager or Sr. Supervisor with experience managing highly disruptive and engaging digital programs for culturally relevant consumer brands

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of apparel market preferred
- Demonstrated ability to create strategic advantage, drive flawless execution and be analytical
- Strong skills in relationship-building internally and externally, negotiation, program management and presentation/communication
- Experience in effectively managing multiple agencies
- Deep understanding of youth-culture trends, the digital landscape and the ability to leverage this new media to reach, connect and influence consumers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
