Marketing Manager, Full time, temp to perm

We are looking for a marketing manager for a full time, temp to perm position with an exciting company located in Salem! This company creates new technology products (like LED lightboards, tablets and digital displays) that are seen in restaurants and retail companies. The role is on the product development team. You would be working on projects that help the company create, develop and design software and products that are see in restaurants and retail companies. Some of their clients include large retailers like Lowe’s, Target, Macy’s and more!
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented and deadline driven. As a key member of the management team, The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and leading the company’s outbound product marketing strategies and efforts to meet corporate objectives. This individual will harness customer and industry insights to build compelling go-to-market strategies. Collaborate and translate technical capabilities into product benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the short-term and long-term product marketing strategies to meet shared objectives.
• Great with managing relationships between clients, vendors and internal teams
• Overall responsibility for the brand management and corporate identity.
• Develops product positioning and messaging that enhances customer relationships and that differentiate our products in the market.
• Partnering in market research and lead generation strategy
• Partner in developing and implementing marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
• Communicates the value proposition of the products to internal teams and develops the tools 
that support the selling process.
• Working as a ‘hands-on manager’, coordinating the industry events and developing in-bound and 
out-bound marketing activities such as, but not limited to:
o Developing premium content and light copywriting
o Podcast

o Blogging
o Infographics

o Social Media Engagement
o Pay Per Click
o Advertising

o Direct mail

o Catalog development and maintenance
o Industry trade shows and events

o Event and Campaign cycle planning
• Managing all budgets and expenses associated with marketing.
• Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of marketing communications.

Qualifications:
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational and personal skills.
• Enjoy learning about new trends and research, innovation, and to continuously improve techniques.
• Team oriented with a commitment to working with shared leadership and cross-functional 
teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a full time, on-site role in Salem with a short trial period of 2 months! They are looking for their next team member quickly so this can start as early as January!
