Marketing Manager, Financial Institution (4031)

This Financial Institution Marketing Manager will be a key member of our client's Global Financial Innovations team initiatives. Candidates should have specific experience in partnering with other financial services-related companies to promote adoption and usage of new services, and market to partners' consumers. Applicants should also have experience launching new products in multi-channel markets, utilizing various marketing campaigns and strategies to drive financial institution consumer adoption. The individual in this position will report into the Financial Innovations General Manager.

Responsibilities include:
• Creating, implementing and managing a range of inbound and outbound consumer marketing campaigns (print, online, social media) targeted at financial institution consumers.
• Determine co-marketing channel mix with financial institution partners and details around marketing value exchange in partner channels
• Develop detailed, multi-region, multi-channel, integrated marketing plans and budgets to drive customer demand, working collaboratively with regional marketing partners on segmentation strategies
• Creating and maintaining reports that track and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Using data to help identify, develop and target specific opportunities
• Collaborate closely with globally dispersed, cross functional partners and during both pre-launch and post launch phases to align/integrate marketing in the go-to-market plans to help drive consumer demand
• Partner with Product Managers to ensure world-class product marketing positioning, messaging, promotions and launches
• Recommending improvements to consumer marketing campaigns based on results
• Ensure consumer marketing programs influence and yield sales revenue and measurable result
