The Marketing Services Matrix Manager leads and directs a team of highly skilled resources who are responsible for developing, multi-channel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sampling programs. The MSM serves as a member on the brand extended marketing team providing strategic leadership and consulting services adding value to brand marketing programs. The MSM acts as Database Marketing Services (DMS) project lead responsible for the direction and management of key DMS operations and channels supporting brand sampling programs including but not limited to: Data Entry, Fulfillment, Telemarketing, Internet, Digital, Email, Database, and Analytics. The Marketing Services Manager partners with brands, compliance/legal, vendors, Marketing Services team and extended teams to operationalize and execute online and offline CRM sampling programs. The MSM leverages the BMS Customer Model, and provides linkage with Customer Strategy and Operations infrastructure to support brand marketing sampling initiatives. The MSM also develops and manages program timelines and budgets.
