Marketing Manager, Digital Games

This global coffee company is looking for a talented Marketing Manager who can the implementation of integrated marketing plans and strategic planning and execution for digital games program within consumer marketing. Tasks including, Financial forecasting, offer/discount management, and customer segmentation. Relationship management with external agencies, vendors or business partners. Leading and facilitating cross-functional or organizational groups. This person will be working with the broader Personalized Customization team and work cross-functionally with a BM, PM, creative producer, and a few technical PMs. The big teams they'll work with will be Creative, Finance and Analytics. They'll sit a lot of meetings and communicate with these teams and vendors via email and phone as well. 

DAY-TO-DAY: 
Developing and managing program concept, segmentation strategy, incentive models and marketing plans to fully execute on business objective and customer experience. Includes developing leadership presentations; working with project manager and sr brand manage to align strategy, tactics and execution plans; conducting analysis of past programs to inform evolution or optimization of new program; drafting creative briefs and attending creative review meetings; participating in vendor meetings and defining requirements for program development; collaborating with finance and analytics to determine reporting requirements. This person must have a classic background in e-com and marketing and must be analytical. And a good fit would be someone with experience running offers or coupon programs.

 

Projects include:
- User acceptance testing and business requirements verification 
- Marketing communications reviews and execution 
- Reporting and analysis & Cross-functional issue resolution 
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis on segmented game work 


MUST HAVES 
• Marketing strategy and planning; experience with digital games and promotions a plus 
• Financial acumen and strong analytical skills 
• Customer segmentation 
• Agency/vendor management 
• Creative brief writing and collaboration with a creative studio 
• Experience working with coupon/discount/loyalty programs a plus 
• Experience working with technology teams to define requirements for program build 
• Organized and able to handle multiple overlapping projects at once 
• Must have strong PowerPoint and excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, analysis) 
• The team uses Slack for communication (not really necessary to have that experience as long as the candidate is familiar with some sort of chat software) 
• Familiarity with Google Sheets is a plus 

TOP 3 HARD SKILLS: 
Experience driving a digital marketing promotion 
Financial acumen and strong analytical skills 
Organized and able to handle multiple overlapping projects at once
