The Accountant Acquisition Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager to create and execute strategies that deliver awesome experiences for Accountants by connecting them to QuickBooks ecosystem offerings to serve their client’s needs. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way we market and do business with accounting professionals.

The must haves include the following: Mobile, SEM, Social and Digital Marketing.

As a Marketing Manager, Accountant Acquisition, you will lead Go-to-Market strategies for QuickBooks ecosystem offerings, including 3rd Party Apps, QB Enterprise, and Payroll. In this role, you’ll:
Develop customer insights to uncover current attitudes and behaviors of Accountants on QuickBooks Ecosystem offerings (e.g., Apps, QB Enterprise, Payroll)
Turn customer insights into an actionable go-to-market strategy for Accountants to recommend QuickBooks Ecosystem offerings to their small business clients
Partner closely with channel marketing partners to create awesome end-to-end customer experiences in a variety of online and offline channels (e.g., in-product, web, direct response, social, sales, training, care, virtual/live events)
Lead and influence across the QuickBooks ecosystem, working cross-functionally with product management, finance, and sales
Contribute significantly to the development and execution of the 1-year marketing plan
Actively analyze business data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results. Continuously learn and iterate our marketing programs to continuously improve growth outcomes
Communicate results with Senior Leaders

Qualifications

At least 3 years of business experience leading complex marketing strategy development and cross-functional execution.
1-2 years of experience in web or software marketing
Experience creating and executing high-impact multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (in-product, web, email, telesales)
Customer-centered…listens to customers, champions their success, and makes decisions that benefit the customer and the entire portfolio, not just his/her offering or channel
Identifies big insights by synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to unlock growth opportunities; develops business cases and activation plans to support
Strong use of segmentation and targeting to drive awesome customer experiences
Influences across teams, consistently communicates and influences across all levels up to Executive to achieve results
Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest-impact near-term levers
Bias for action and experience with rapid testing and optimization
Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Strong results orientation and decision making skills
BA/BS required, MBA preferred
