A retailer offering a range of chocolate & related novelties is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a FREELANCE TO HIRE opportunity. You would be reporting to the Creative Marketing Director. They are ideally looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience. The role is primarily junior, but you are given a lot in terms of responsibility. They need someone that is hungry and ready to hit the ground running! The main deliverable is delivery of e-commerce website.

Marketing Manager Job Description:
We are looking for an individual to come onboard that isn’t afraid to work hard and do any task large or small. In the Marketing Manager role you will have the opportunity to work across departments and lead coordination efforts in all Marketing initiatives. This job will require a combination of both left and right side of the brain thinker that can put their thoughts into action. Original thinking should be coupled with the ability to take direction and multitask various projects.

 Applying creative problem solving and analytic skills to provide ongoing insight into the business in order to make recommendations and decisions
 Project Management
o Create project plans with cross-function teams to execute go to market projects with excellence
 Customer Service
o Handle all customer service issues via email, social media, review sites, etc. and report them directly to Operations.
 Analytics and insights reports from all the aforementioned channels

You must have…
 MS Office Competency
 Bachelor’s Degree in a marketing related field or demonstrated industry interest

Preferred Skills and Attributes…
 2-3 years of industry experience
 Adobe Creative Suite Skills Highly Desired
