My clients team has grown from 20 to almost 80 within the last year.... those figures are set to double as this movement grows.
They are looking for a Masterful Marketing Manager to join their tribe!

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in the organisation in enabling the business to reach more audience and change lives through their awesome programs. Acting as the day-to-day leader for the Marketing team you will have the opportunity to guide and shape strategy and inspire the team towards common objectives.

Your responsibilities:

- Contribute to the over-arching annual marketing strategy in collaboration with the Director of Marketing
- Day-to-day operational management and leadership of the marketing team including team planning, project management, task execution management, resource allocation/prioritisation setting, direction-setting, training and performance management
- Optimisation of the acquisition campaigns through data analysis and reporting
- Day-to-day management of budget allocation and reconciliation across all training and development of marketing team members
- Pursuing in-depth consumer insights to uncover opportunities for new marketing initiatives
- Compiling weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to analyse team key performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Uphold, drive and enhance the culture of the marketing team and the wider business
- Development of procedures and systems that drive desired behaviours across the marketing team, in order to achieve business objectives

Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years marketing experience with minimum of 2 years in a management/ assistant management capacity
- Strong management practices with the ability to drive the team towards goals
- The ability to turn customer insight into actionable marketing creative activity
- Experience managing marketing operational budgets
- Well versed in major CRMs and marketing technology (ie - Pardot)
- Demonstrated experience in executing on a varied marketing calendar of activity
- Experience developing campaign budgets, forecasts and reconciliation
- Strong depth and understanding of modern marketing best practices and technology
- Experience delivering on large-scale projects - experience in events highly regarded
- Possess a creative flair but a love for numbers and knack for identifying trends from numbers
- B2C experience preferred
