Marketing Manager

Under the direction of the Financing North America Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist has the following specific responsibilities:
• Development of marketing content including materials used to build awareness (e.g. presentations, datasheets, newsletter content), drive demand (e.g. e-mailers), and ready the field (e.g. solution briefs, battlecards, quick reference cards).
• Management of the site – to include maintaining its currency and actively promoting its use by the local teams.
• To generate management reporting of the site and to drive consistent usage of the site by the Financing North America team.
• To co-ordinate and track placement of articles in newsletters. This to be managed and reported on to the relevant stakeholders quarterly in arrears with analysis of coverage and suggested areas for improvement.
• To brief and manage external copywriters on the development of Partner testimonials, article generation & customer evidence.
• To co-ordinate all aspects of customer evidence generation region and to provide regular reporting on its status to the relevant stakeholders.
• To capture and communicate a quarterly Scorecard on Partner & Customer site Web trends.
• To co-ordinate and track activity of events. This to be managed and reported on to the relevant stakeholders quarterly in arrears with analysis of coverage and suggested areas for improvement.
• To manage the creation, writing and distribution of internal Win Sheets and posted to relevant internal sites.
• To manage the stock levels of all marketing giveaways including shipment to all countries, re-ordering of stock, etc.
• Assist in the localization and finalization of the Financing North America region as required.

In addition to these specific responsibilities the Marketing Specialist may provide the following support to the Marketing Manager: Support for the co-ordination and sourcing of writing and sending approved press releases to the relevant media.
• Support for the development and creation of both internal and external promotional materials.
• Assistance in planning and implementing sales incentives/promotional items.
• To support the management of any trade show and sponsorship opportunities as required.
• Take partial or full responsibility for managing any required changes to existing marketing material.
