Our client, a top invest firm in New York City, is looking for a talented and organized Marketing Manager with strong Asset Management experience to join their growing team! This person will be responsible for developing and coordinating integrated product and thematic marketing materials and campaigns including brochures, sales ideas, print ads, mailers, pitchbooks, thought leadership pieces, webcasts and digital-first content including promotional web content, e-mail campaigns, and digital ads/landing pages.

− You will be responsible for developing content for mutual fund products and services for all distribution channels including financial advisor, RIA, and investor audiences.
− You will be responsible for collaborating with Channel Marketing and Product Management partners in the conceptualization and development of materials and will also be responsible for working with the Compliance department to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
− You will work closely with their in-house design team and/or external agencies to oversee design development and production as well as working with our media planning partners on media strategies and budgets.

− You must have program/project management experience – serving as “air traffic controller” on marketing campaigns, coordinating and driving workflow, briefs, deadlines, budgets etc. across internal and external resources and stakeholders across all marketing disciplines.
− You must have extensive knowledge of the mutual fund and asset management industries as well as the equity and fixed income markets.
− You must have the ability to edit copy aimed at a broad range of audiences from highly technical copy targeted to sophisticated institutional investors to educational materials for retail individual investors.
− You must have 7 – 10 years related experience in an asset management firm
− You must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat; ability to learn online project management tools
− You must have a Bachelor’s Degree
