Marketing Manager

Are you a marketer looking to have a huge impact on new customer acquisition and customer engagement? In this role, you will lead the creation and execution of go to market campaigns for our Consumer ISVs products and services across platforms. You’ll be an advocate and representative of our partner marketing strategies across channels and help to create amazing go to market experiences for our partners. A depth of marketing and content experience is needed in this role. You must be a storyteller with digital marketing, channel marketing experience and the ability to build exciting marketing campaigns that translate into measurable and meaningful customer acquisition and engagement results.

• Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Channel leads to deploy targeted campaigns for our partners. Rapidly scale successful programs.
• Build and deliver marketing roadmap for leads on a per partner, per account basis
• Work cross-functionally with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
• Map out a strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short and long-term, while determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous envolvement of strategy is a must.
• Create stories and campaigns that are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person. This is to be done for each targeted partner for all channels.
• Create and manage program plans, assign work streams, define and measure performance against launch and campaign goals.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate partner campaigns within channels.
• Conduct ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gather data and handle analytics (or supervise those who do) and make recommendations based on those results.

Skill/Education Requirements
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering or Quantitative field. MBA preferred but not required.
• 5+ of relevant marketing experience, preferably with a consumer focus, and with a track record of increasing responsibility.
• Experience with managing large scale online marketing initiatives (myriad channels) with measurable results.
• Highly creative and excellent marketing manager who has worked with partners, publishers or developers (ISV’s).
• Great communicator, x-team collaborator, information disseminator.
• Passionate advocate for partners (ISV’s) for the field and for your stakeholders.
• Thrives on agility and results.
• Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills.
• Experience with Windows, Office and SQL. Knowledge of Azure is a plus.
• Experience in working with social channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Yammer)
• Fast learner and ability to set direction and execute in a quickly evolving, sometimes ambiguous environment.
