Marketing Manager

This Partner Marketing Manager position supports and reports to the Marketing Lead with the following responsibilities:
- Managing the Marketing program and planning process across countries, including:
o Plans review, fine-tuning and approval, liaising with local Partner Account Managers to optimize joint marketing investments
o Proof of execution (POE) review and actual investments’ performance assessment
o Consolidation and submission of country specific information for business reporting
o Budget planning and process setup support with regional/local team
- Driving joint marketing engagement with partners on both B2B and B2C initiatives
- Managing device portfolio and Featured Device program with a close partnership with engineering team and OEM marketing
- Training and educating local stakeholders in a multicultural environment on process changes, investment guidelines and campaign assets developed by Company
- Establishing and maintaining relationship with designated HQ/regional stakeholders
- Coordinating internal/external events, marketing execution and marketing asset creation


Recommended Qualifications:
• 3-4 years of Field Marketing and/or Marketing budget management experience, with demonstrated results in driving Field and/or Partner engagement a significant plus
• Full command of oral and written English
• Solid business acumen on Marketing ATL/BTL tactics acquired on top of higher Education in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Business management. Candidate is expected to be able to understand/look for the bigger picture in order to provide added-value perspective on market fundamentals and offer sound advice on appropriate correction/course of action.
• Exposure/understanding of OEM ecosystem a plus (Windows / Apple / Google)
• Fluent user (incl. advanced functions such as pivot table) of Excel and Powerpoint

Skills/Abilities:
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with cross functional groups and virtual teams a must
• Self-driven personality, capable of working autonomously within a matrix organization
• Proven ability to demonstrate persistency and proactivity in daily routine
• Strong analytical skills, together with good command of project management and multi-tasking
• Capacity to drive thorough data review, with close attention to details and systematic cross-checking inclination
• Natural “customer centric” approach and attitude with both internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and dig into the core of processes and business fundamentals
