Looking for a Marketing Manager to start ASAP, in the East Bay.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong knowledge of marketing and brand marketing.
• Excellent project management skills and acute attention to details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively to spend time on the issues that will make the most difference to the brand and the business.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams (internal and external) and agency partners.
• Experience managing the creative development process from concept through to implementation.
• Ability to establish an independent view, effectively collaborate in decision-making and work in a team environment.
• The ability to multi-task and work in compressed timelines within a heavy workload environment.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to motivate others within a work group.
• High degree of initiative, personal responsibility and ownership.
• Strong ability to articulate both strategic direction and tactical action steps.
• Ability to balance creativity with organizational and procedural excellence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change.
• Innovative thinker that challenges the status quo.
• Embraces team spirit.
• Experience tracking budgetary expenditures and providing budgetary controls.

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in brand or marketing management
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors

Travel Requirement
• Occasional travel may be required

5 month long contract to start ASAP!
